Best Western Halton Hills

We spent the night at this BW after arriving at Pearson Airport and wanted to stay at a hotel on our way home that wasn’t too close to the airport. The clerk at the counter was professional and friendly. We slept in the next morning and was too late for breakfast. However the lady in charge of breakfast was cleaning up and offered to make us scrambled eggs and sausage which was beyond our expectations. After a long international flight this unexpected act of kindness put BW in the top of our list for hotels to stay at in the future.

Breakfast was pretty good but scrambled eggs were tiring after a few days. A waffle or pancake machine would be nice

The proximity to Bethel Canada. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Food was delicious. Parking was convenient. We were able to book 2 rooms side by side. Our housekeeper, Tammy, was kind, efficient and thorough!

This is a 2 start rated Motel, but we did not feel it was 2 star at all. You can tell that Best Western has replaced everything in the rooms to bring it up to their standards. The room was spotless, with new carpets and beds and all new furniture. The bathroom was clean and the towels were thick and fluffy! I have significant back issues and fully expected to have difficulty with the bed, but no issues at all! The included breakfast offered far more variety than we expected with several choices that could accommodate my gluten free needs. Having a Shoeless Joe's right in the parking lot gave us a place to walk to for drinks and appetizers before we called it a night!

The staff at check in desk were excellent as was the breakfast staff. Very friendly and helpful.
